Can I try Pro for free?
Yes! When you sign up you get a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card required. At the end of the trial you can choose to subscribe or stay on the free plan.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Once you reach 25 videos on the free plan, you will not be able to create new recordings until you upgrade or delete existing videos. All your existing videos and share links will continue to work.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. That brings Pro down to $9.60/month and Team down to $20/user/month, billed annually.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Videos are stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. We perform regular security audits and are SOC 2 Type II compliant.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. For annual plans, we offer a prorated refund within the first 60 days. Contact support to request a refund.
